DR. JULIE A. MORTON
Chief Continuity Officer
I believe that each family has its own unique strengths and challenges that impact and affect them. I believe that each family has the opportunity to improve and strengthen family relationships, as well as family business relationships. I have helped high net worth families challenge the status quo, create new mindsets, new skillsets, new behaviors and improved relationships to increase more ease in all areas of life. Both you, and your family members, can consciously, powerfully and effectively learn to live the legacy you want to leave.
My goal in working with families is to help develop excellence in current and next generation of leaders. I help deal with the family’s issues relating to transition and/or succession, building and strengthening trusting relationships; improving communication; conflict resolution; strategic thinking; personal empowerment; resilience; financial responsibility; philanthropy and/or good governance.
As a member of the third generation family business, I have benefited from the fact that I have seen both the upside and downside such an experience entails. I understand that families regularly face changing circumstance in which they must adapt and excel. I have witnessed both the opportunities and pitfalls that can come with success. This first-hand experience and knowledge, combined with my professional expertise, provides a unique advantage and understanding in the work I do with my clients.
